detail page add item to cart. Navigate through preliminary
shopping cart, entering only required (bold) billing details
(name, email, phone number. *If you have a gift certificate
voucher enter that now, too). Hit "continue" under
payment options. You will immediately be taken to PayPal's
secure shopping cart and asked to pay with credit card or
bank online (On the left hand of screen) OR to login to your
email account (on the right hand of screen). Proceed through
the PayPal shopping cart (DO NOT enter GIFT CERTIFICATE or
voucher info. on PayPal site.)

basement are actually on my etsy site (shopforpots). If
you purchase any of these sale items they will be purchased
via etsy and WILL NOT appear in your River Valley Crafts
shopping cart. |

I guarantee my
jewelry, pottery and crafts are all hand made from quality
materials and will
last for many years if you follow the product
care instructions.
If you receive a
damaged product, please let me know within 2 days of
receiving it to be eligible for a no-charge repair or
replacement.
Repairs beyond 2 days from receipt of order, please email me with your problem and I will quote
you a repair fee (if my schedule allows me the time to do
it).

Items
may be returned only for exchange item or store credit
within 10 days. Returned merchandise must be in exact condition
it was when sold. *I'm sorry, hand-knit items are not
returnable or exchangeable.
You must contact me before returning an
item.
Returns that are not approved by me will be
declined.

use the United States Postal Service and usually can get items into the mail
within one work day of receiving order.
International customers (those outside the US & Canada), please email me with your order and I will
send you adjusted invoice which you can pay securely online.
